For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Service and the agreement between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service signifies Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, You may not access the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your reliance on or use of any content, goods, or services from such third-party websites or services is at Your own risk.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
The Company and its suppliers’ entire liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee the Service’s compatibility, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, or error-free nature.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Bahamas, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
In the event of a dispute, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to achieve its objectives to the extent possible under the law, and other provisions will remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise that right or require performance later, nor shall it waive any subsequent breach.
If these Terms are provided in languages other than English, the original English text shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or the Service with at least 15 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
